Promotion Period

The Flow Designs Australia EOFY Giveaway ("Promotion") commences at 12:00am AEST on 15 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 1 July 2026.

The promoter is Flow Designs Australia Pty Ltd ("Flow Designs Australia").

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to eligible customers worldwide where permitted by law.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Flow Designs Australia and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How To Enter

Customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion when purchasing an eligible Flow Designs Australia product during the Promotion Period.

Eligible products include:

• Front Splitter Kits
• Side Splitter Kits
• Rear Diffuser Kits
• Spoiler Extensions
• Splitter Accessories
• Full Aero Kits
• Fire Extinguisher Brackets
• Window Vents

Flow Designs Australia reserves the right to determine product eligibility. Anything not mentioned in the inclusions is not eligible.

Entry Limits

Only one (1) entry is permitted per customer during the Promotion Period.

Multiple purchases, orders or transactions do not generate additional entries.

Flow Designs Australia reserves the right to determine duplicate entries using customer information including, but not limited to:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Payment details

Only one valid entry will be retained per customer.

Dealer Purchases

Purchases made through authorised Flow Designs Australia dealers remain eligible for entry.

Entries belong to the end customer and not the dealer.

Dealer entries will be linked to the Shopify order used to fulfil the purchase.

Customers acknowledge that authorised dealers may provide customer information to Flow Designs Australia for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and fulfilling prizes.

Flow Designs Australia reserves the right to verify all dealer purchases and request proof of purchase where required.

Failure by a dealer to provide customer information when requested may result in the entry being deemed invalid and a redraw occurring.

Prize Details

The Promotion includes the following prizes:

• 3 × Logitech Racing Wheel & Pedal Combos
• 20 × Forza Motorsport Digital Game Codes

A total of twenty-three (23) prizes will be awarded.

Flow Designs Australia reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or supplier issues.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash or store credit.

A customer may win a maximum of one (1) prize.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random draw within seven (7) business days of the Promotion closing.

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided with their order.

Flow Designs Australia may publish winner names and locations on its website, social media channels and marketing communications.

Claiming Prizes

Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification.

If a winner:

• Cannot be contacted;
• Fails to respond within seven (7) days;
• Refuses the prize; or
• Is found to be ineligible,

Flow Designs Australia reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Orders that are:

• Cancelled;
• Refunded;
• Returned;
• Charged back; or
• Determined to be fraudulent,

prior to the draw will become ineligible and any associated entry will be removed.

If a winning customer subsequently returns, refunds, cancels or disputes an eligible order, the prize will be immediately forfeited.

Where a prize has already been delivered or claimed, Flow Designs Australia reserves the right to:

• Require the prize to be returned; or
• Deduct the full retail value of the prize from any refund owing to the customer.

Eligible orders must remain active and not be refunded, cancelled, returned or disputed for a minimum period of thirty (30) days following the winner announcement.

Shipping & Taxes

Flow Designs Australia will cover standard shipping costs associated with prize delivery.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by local authorities remain the sole responsibility of the winner.

Flow Designs Australia is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Fraud & Abuse

Flow Designs Australia reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Provides false or misleading information;
• Attempts to obtain multiple entries;
• Engages in fraudulent activity;
• Manipulates the Promotion; or
• Initiates chargebacks or payment disputes relating to an eligible order.

All decisions made by Flow Designs Australia regarding the Promotion are final.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Designs Australia accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged prizes, technical issues, website outages, shipping delays, customs delays or incorrect entrant information.

Flow Designs Australia's liability is limited to the replacement value of the relevant prize where required by law.

Privacy

By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to Flow Designs Australia collecting and using personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and fulfilling prizes.

General

Flow Designs Australia reserves the right to verify entrant eligibility, amend these Terms & Conditions, or modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Logitech, Microsoft, Xbox or Turn 10 Studios.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
