What This Does NOT Cover (Exceptions & Store Rights)

In accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of products:

  • Customized or Made-to-Order Goods: Any items that have been personalized, custom-manufactured, or explicitly fabricated to your unique specifications cannot be cancelled or returned under the cooling-off period.
  • Items Damaged by the Customer: Products must be returned in their original condition. While you have the right to inspect the goods as you would in a physical retail store, you are legally liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales: This right strictly applies to individual retail consumers. Commercial or wholesale purchases made by businesses are excluded.

Shipping, Refunds & Next Steps

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise specified or if the product is structurally faulty, the customer is responsible for covering the direct cost of return shipping back to our facilities.
  • The Return Deadline: Once you submit this withdrawal form, you must ship the physical goods back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you submitted this request.
  • Refund Timeline: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. However, please note that we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have either received the physical items back in our possession or you have provided undeniable proof of return shipping. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
