If you placed an order within the past 72 hours, it might still be in the packing process or waiting for a tracking number. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update before contacting us. We kindly request that you wait at least 72 hours (3 business days) after placing your order before inquiring about its status.

Most of our products are delivered by road couriers, so there may be delays in tracking while the parcels are in transit to the next depot. If you're outside metro postcodes, the parcels may be handed over to a third-party courier, which can cause tracking delays depending on their delivery schedules. Please note that not all third-party couriers have access to scan tools.

If the dispatch email includes multiple tracking numbers, it means your order has been shipped in multiple boxes.

Typically, larger boxes may take longer to arrive, as they require manual scanning at the depot, while smaller boxes are scanned automatically on conveyor belts. If you've only received one box, please be patient—the second box will likely arrive soon.

Yes, we offer international shipping on most of our products. We currently ship via DHL Express and Australia Post International Express.

Please note that Australia Post International Express has size limitations, so not all products can be shipped using this method.

To check if we ship to your country and for the best shipping quote, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout to see the available shipping options.

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Any additional fees for customs clearance must also be paid by the customer.

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further details. Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times.

We use a plugin for quick conversion to your local currency.

However, as we are an Australian-based company, the final amount will be displayed in Australian Dollars at checkout.

The exact conversion will depend on your bank's exchange rate at the time of purchase.

For orders within Australia, we use a range of major couriers including Australia Post, Direct Freight, Allied Express, and TNT.

For International orders, we offer heavily discounted shipping with DHL Express and Australia Post International Express.

Product related enquiries

Our parts are designed to fit specific bumpers only. We do not recommend retrofitting our products to a different bumper, as the mounting for the splitters can vary significantly, even if the bumpers appear similar. If you're unsure, please contact us before placing your order to ensure compatibility.

The short answer is yes, as we manufacture everything onsite at our Bayswater factory.

However, we kindly ask that you give us a call before visiting, as we are often busy packing online orders.

Please note that most of our parts require assembly and packing before they can be handed over to you.

No one in Australia produces raw materials with the exact specifications we require. The raw materials we use are sourced from excellent local businesses in South Australia and South East Victoria.

All of our parts are manufactured at our Bayswater VIC factory, and we source all our materials within Australia, ensuring they are also made locally.

While moving manufacturing overseas would allow us to meet certain specifications, we are committed to keeping production in Australia. As a result, our ABS accessories are only available in a textured finish.

We do not offer on-site installation, but we can provide a list of certified installers who can professionally install your kit.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate custom projects at this time. We have a full product development schedule and cannot take on additional work.

This warranty applies solely to Flow Designs Australia products made from Flow Designs HDPE material (including front splitters, side splitters, rear spats, and rear valances), excluding all ABS accessories, window vents, and brass fittings (referred to as "the Product"). The Product must be purchased directly from Flow Designs Australia or from authorised resellers, as listed in the “authorised resellers” section on the Flow Designs Australia website.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper fitment, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or damage incurred during transport.

Brass fittings may become loose if overtightened. If your brass fitting has fallen out, we're happy to provide a replacement. Please contact us at support@flowdesignsaustralia.com.

What if I change my mind?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

For parts that require assembly (e.g., diffuser fins), they must remain unassembled. Factory-assembled parts (e.g., front splitters) must not be disassembled.

Opened packages, including external boxes and internal packaging, may be subject to a 10-15% restocking fee.

All payment methods incur a fee, which ranges from 3-10%.

Please note that even if the order has not been dispatched, we are still liable for these fees.

As a result, we need to pass this fee on to our customers.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct part. Please note that there may be a price difference between products, and you will either need to pay the difference or receive a refund.

If you have already received the order, please do not attempt to fit the parts. We will need a set of photos of the products before you return them. Exchanges can only be approved if the parts are in brand new, resellable condition.
